Nevadic Partners with Society of Petroleum Engineers Lagos Section 61 to Facilitate the 2016 Ambassador Lecture Program at Covenant University, Nigeria

As part of our corporate social responsibility commitment, Engr. Dave Nwosu of Nevadic Limited, the Ambassador Lecturer for the day, took the stage to deliver a Speech on the occasion of the 2016 Ambassador Lecture Program organised by Society of Petroleum Engineers Lagos Section for students of Covenant University, Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria.  Key areas highlighted in the discourse included:

1. challenges presently facing the global oil and gas industry and how SPE can play a crucial role in sustaining the industry
2. pursuing a career in the energy industry
3. opportunities that abound within the oil and gas industry for young engineering graduates
4. how engineering students can hone their entrepreneurial skills during and after undergraduate studies.

At the end of the program, the students were elated as they expressed their gratitude to SPE Lagos Section and Nevadic for finding time to come and share industry knowledge with them. They were also given the opportunity to apply for internship positions in Nevadic for their forthcoming 2017 industrial training program.
